Mobile Banking Facility

1.Registration at Branch: The Account Holder needs to visit his branch and fill up the form for Mobile Banking. Branch officials are required to educate the customer about the process.
2.All individual customers who have Savings Bank or Overdraft or Current Account are eligible for the facility. In case of Joint Account where, only First/primary customer’s ID can be used for the Mobile Banking. The transactions in such accounts shall be binding on all the joint account holders, jointly and severally. Accounts where mode of operation is “Joint” or accounts in the name of minor or where minor is a joint account holder are not eligible for this facility.
3.For Mobile Banking registration only Inland Mobile Numbers are allowed for registration.
4.Mobile Banking Application: Mobile application will allow Mobile Banking Customers to access their account information, raise service requests, Transfer their funds view account related information. This application will run on various platforms such as iOS, Android, Blackberry and Windows mobile phones and tablets.
5.Transaction Limits fixe at present: Transaction Limit fixe per day per customer is Rs.50,000 (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) at present.
6.At present the facilities are available for our bank customers for intra bank transactions only various other facilities sighted above are on test mode and once the entire testing process is over, further guidelines will be communicated to branches.
